Simple.... they provide me with the specs of the form they want, I create it and host it on my server (that supports php), they insert the code on their page to display the form and don't have to worry about anything. And of course they pay me for it :)

U are Sure? I'm going to try that, I'm not so sure it will work but I will try it. Maybe someday you can send me some code, and I will put it on my website, I wanna see it work.

What would you charge for doing this? I'm just curious if I might want to see aboutdoing the same thing someday.

Okay, so I've come up with a standard contact form thats basic bare bones, name, email, message. I've got it coded and working in a WE document, you can see it here...

http://djrwebdesign.com/temp/sampleform3/

The raw embeddable code to try the form on your own page is attached as a text file below.

This form is only an example, it emails me and djwebdesign@mailinator.com, the "after submission page" and the email are customizable.

I'll try it over the weekend, it should be interesting...

Okay, so after some trial and error with this hosted form thing, I think I've got it right.

Check out the sample form here...

Attached is the html code for it.

Alright, forget everything in the previous messages, instead just check out the new site listed in my sig. Just went ahead and bought a new domain name for the whole forms idea.
