HELP...page title

How can I change the way my website address appears in the browser bar? I want it to read www.mywebsite.com/every_day_items_html. Currently is shows www.mywebsite.com/website_002.htm.
I went into the inspector window 2) properties 3) web page 4) file name 5) change the file name to every day items but there was no change. It keep showing up as "www.mywebsite.com/website_002.htm". I am using WebEasy version 6
The Q&A page says this is how to do it but it does not work.

I have the same question. I really don't want to see 001, 002 etc in the title bar. Any help would be much appreciated.

Open Inspector, Properties, Web file name, name file contact.html or products.html (something like that)
