Go build a page. You will see a new feature. I think it's mostly fixes for some bug, more than to give more features.

Most software firms I've dealt with in over 20 years of writing code document their upgrades by listing the new features and bug fixes.

Does anyone know where to find such a list?

I get the feeling Avanquest is not the actual author of WebEasy 7. Am I right that they are a go-between? That is they get code from whoever writes it and then they market it to customers. If that is correct who actually wrote WebEasy 7? Do they then list what was in the update since Avanquest doesn't?

When I got the earlier WE waaay back when it was made by some Aussies. It's been through 2 or 3 owners since. In all that time 7.1 was the first bug fix update that has come through. Who does the coding these days is anyone's guess but I do think avenquest is the promotion end of things.

Yes, I agree that a list with each build would be nice so we can give feedback on what works now ...or doesn't work.....like the font weirdness.
