Looked all through the forums and cant seem to find what i would like to do.
I want to setup a section of our website for only memebers to access. This section will have specific training for individual athletes. Been all over the net looking at examples on how to do this. confusing as hell. Most seem to be .php my webserver doesnt have php enabled on their windows servers only on the linux ones . I am on the windows one says it will accept.asp.
Have found dreamweaver tutorials but well over my head. Does anyone know of a way to do a memebers login etc simply. Think i have to have mysql as well.

For some pages, I have used a program called HTML Lock. Go here: http://www.mtopsoft.com/order.htm and check it out. You can do multiple pages that are password protected by for single or multiple users depending on how many you set up. It's relatively easy. But it costs about $50. I think it's worth it personally, because after a couple charges to designed sites, it's paid for. :D

Just scroll down to the bottom of the page to get it by itself, or you can save money by buying a couple different programs in packages. You choice.

No problem. Try it out. I think you'll like it. And if you don't, then forget I even mentioned it. Deal? :D

This may be simplier then you think and it maybe free. Check with your webhost, most webhosts will give you the ability to password protect a folder. Then simply put your webpages you want to protect in that folder.
