For the most part, I think it looks good. But I’m not too fond of the fact that you have two menus in such close proximity and they don’t even ‘match’ each other in links. Personally, I would remove the one going vertically. The color scheme is kind of wrong in my opinion. It just feels out of place. But everything else looks good. :D

Thanks web monkey and JohnnyD.
Johnny I went with a bold colour scheme on the vertical menu so that it stands out for the younger members of the club e.g. 6,7,8 year olds to find what they are looking for. Know what you mean about having 2 menus close together. But was only way to provide quick links for people to go to specific areas in the site and to keep the people who look after these areas appeased they all wanted to be on home page lol.
Cheers

Why not just use plain text links, rather than make it look like an actual menu? I do that on a majority of the sites I design. I am just giving a suggestion. It is of course your page. Maybe in the future you might consider it. :D
About the color scheme.......... I understand your concept of bold, but that teal and coral combo just kind of turned my stomach. LOL

I would say the reason why you cant find it in search is mainly because of your meta tag keywords:
"Keywords" content="Phoenix,Phoenix Athletic Club,Athletics,Track and Field,"
You should really work on your SEO for the page. Keywords in your meta tags are important, as well as keywords on the page itself.
It also may be because your site hasn't been indexed yet. How old is your site, and have you submitted it to google to be indexed?

3 DAYS! And you think you are going to see your site on google? Not a chance. It can take weeks / months before your site is indexed on google or any other search engine for that matter. To get listed on search engines, you need to submit your site to them to be indexed.
What you need to do first is create an account on google's webmaster section: https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount
Once you do that, then you go into the webmaster tools and submit your sitemap that will need to get generated here: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
You need to save the .xml file and then upload it to your web server. Then submit it to google to be indexed. (that means for google to look at your site and then list it)
SEO = Search Engine Optimization
WebMonkey08 is a good guy to talk to about that stuff. I have learned a lot from his posts, as well as his site.
This all can be a little intimidating, but once you get that stuff out of the way, the rest is gravy.
If you need help with any of that other stuff, let me know. I may be able to help you out if you paint yourself into a corner here and there. :D
