If you don't want the Search Engines to find your stuff, you put a 'No Follow' Meta Tag in the Head Section. I.E if you have some outdated Content, or incomplete pages, perhaps a 'No Follow' would help you in the long run..

If you look at my webpage gift, invitation & embroidery (http://www.posylane.com/) webpage, you will see some links at the top.
I want no-follow tags on basic links like "view cart", "about us & contact", "store location", "how to purchase online", ect. These are links that are on every page of my website, but I don't want google to put importance on them.
Basically you don't want PR juice flowing to pages on your website that you don't want google to think are important.
I of course know how to make a link from an image or word, but I don't know how to make it "no follow".

When I had WE6, in order to have a link open in a new window (Target Blank), you actually had to enter the Code where it asked for the website URL. So, why don't you try entering the HTML Code for the Link and the 'No Follow' code into the area where it asks for a website URL

That is the same as < head >......< / head>
Your meta tags and style sheets etc go in between the head section.
In WE7, go to Explorer, Properties, double click Head Elements. Enter your complete meta tag statement there. For example:
< meta name="ROBOTS" content="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW"
