I hope someone can help with this web site:
www.clergycareservices.com

Webeasy Pro 7.0.0.1, using html with CSS.

I want all the links to turn blue when the mouse hovers over them. Otherwise they should be black. This works everywhere in the document except the links in the text on the pages called “Our Staff” and “Contact Us” (both rich text).

I have set the active links color through Tools>>Styles>>A:hover>> modify, then have set foreground color to #3399FF and then updated. I have done the same with active links in Build Webpage and everything agrees.

I have completely deleted all files on the server in public_html before re-publishing.

I have deleted all cookies on my IE7 browser and for preferences I’m set at default windows colors with hover color checked.

How can I correct this so that all links turn blue with the mouse hovering? Thanks.

Hmmm. I looked at the source code on a page that works and one that doesn't and what I noticed is that there is a command statement about "font color" on your links that do NOT work correctly. Because they are RICH text, you can highlight the text and change fonts and colors, try highlighting your bad links and change the font color to something strange and see what the results are. Then also go back to a link that works, highlight it and compare the settings under FONT for that link.

When you have something working, and something not, its usually not to hard to do some comparing and figure out where the glitch is.

Thank you, David,
I tried changing the font color on the misbehaving links, but no luck. The font color changed, but the links remained black.

So, what I did was to copy a properly working link, then pasting it in place of a link that didn't change color when hovering. Then, I adjusted it to the proper URL, etc. and that works.

Doesn't explain the original inconsistency, though. I'll continue to compare the source codes which I copied into a Word document for future reference.

Thanks for your help,

I too am having the same problem. Links on my site that point to an url http://bla bla bla.bla work fine. The links that are pointing to other pages or documents within the site do not work.
I have tried playing around with styles and was able to get these links to become underlined, but the darn color won't change when I am hovering.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
