is there a preset button for a "view cart" button

I have the 7.0 edition and have used the add to cart button for paypal in the e-commerce section of the program. Is there anyway to put a view cart button on my website for customers to see what they have already added? I have checked out the paypal website and cannot find any such thing. Is there a way to create one? - I just don't know how to link an individual with their cart or what code i could possibly use.
