I noticed that your website is listed in the DMOZ.org Directory, which is kind of a big deal because it's hard to get in. You need to redo your Content,and adjust your Metas because your site ir primed to zoom to the moon !

I just noticed i was listed (from the board reader) i am very excited

I also just authenticated my site with yahoo and uploaded the site map

Now i need to figure out the meta tags and I just removed alot of stuff that was useless (ads etc..) I am also in the process of expanding the content on parenting resources. As for the main content Any ideas

Go to the website that you want to be like, or beat, and see what they are doing..what's in thier Content, what's in thier Metas??? Then, use that as a model to adjust your stuff. And once you were thinking about a PR7 Website, forget about that..your expectations are way too high in that regard.

i actually have found several but the difference between all of them and mine is the design on the fron page where mine is simple and easy to navigate (at least i think so) theirs is very choppy and alot of graphics. So i am going to focus on just adding content, fixing my meta tags, adding the right keywords and hopefully that will work


Although i am still at a loss at redoing the front page content since it will be the fourth time and i am out of ideas on how to rephrase everything again (however, i am not sure there is anythign wrong with the content on the homepage)

Something is wrong..your Off Page SEO is great your Your On Page SEO is the only reason you are not at the TOP I think your Content is too broad, narrow in on something simple,just to see how it works...

i plan on narrowing down to one main topic and a few sub topics

my main topic will be parenting resources
the subs will be letters from santa,easter bunny (etc)
recipes, crafts,
