on the HTML Action ai put my email but on submit the form I dont receive the information and I get page error

What email server are you using yourself? Do you use a web based email like hotmail, or pop3 like Outlook?

If you are using a web based email, that is probably the reason it isn't working. The form that you are using is on a pop3 based email platform. It cannot be accessed by way of web based email.

Depending on your hosting service, you may want to look into using the form builder program from coffeecup or another program that is built on php. That will get you what you want.

You should enter something other then your 'email addy', call your web host, tell them your adding a Contact Form..please help

Your form is not correct. You simply have your "send details" button linked to your email address, this is not right. Plus its not even linked as a "mailto" link.

Reread thru the email/form topic at the top of the forum.

Take a look at my help page. I have had good luck with this amailzing script.
It involves a 2nd page to hold the script but works well. Make sure php and scripting is enabled on you host server.
