1029 - 0 -0 - 0 error code - help please

Hi Guys
I have recently built a small website. I have uploaded it through the web easy free trial service with ieasy site and the site loads fine. Yet when I try and upload it to the hosting package that I recently started with them, the site uploads completely and then at the end I get an error message telling me that :

'The instant publisher was unable to communicate with the server due to a communications error. common errors include :

No connection to the internet
A fire wall blocking the outbound connection
Access via a corporate network that is not allowing server access

I am using my home computer. The internet connection is live and working and I have even tried turning the norton security firewall to off but still no luck.

I dont know anything about ftp as I have only ever used web easy.

Any advice would be very much appreciated

There is a STICKY topic (second one down) at the top of the forum that lists HELP files for several hosting providers, there is a link to IEASY's support site, check there and make sure you are not doing something wrong.
