I am in the process of trying to design an online shoe store. I have the main page and the links there but I am lost on how to add the pictures and prices for my item under the links. Can anyone help please:)

This all depends on how you exactly want to design it.

To insert images, you would simply drag and drop images from the file browser.

To view the file browser, click on VIEW >> File Browser

Then browse to the image you would like to insert, and drag and drop it onto your page.

To insert text for the price, Click on Insert at the top, then Text, then either plain text, rich text, or graphic text, depending on what you are working with.

Instead of having a fixed text under the photo would it not be better to have the image, description and price fields be filled in from a database?

That way as inventory changes, the only place where you would have to make any changes is in the inventory database itself.

Otherwise you would have to find all the various places where you put the price and then change it. A process that's labor intensive and error-prone.

Just a thought.
