I opened the Documnent Files of two Golf Web projects I haven't worked on in awhile and all the Image files are gone. Of course WE has this option to find the Images Automatically, but this feature DOES NOT WORK ! This pisses me off, this has happened before, I wonder why this happens ? (C h e a p SoftWARE)

My experience is this. If it can't find them it's because they got moved.

Uncheck the top box, Check the bottom box and point it toward the c drive.
It will check everywhere. All the top box does is check in the WE folder for the file name stated.

I will give it a try, TY

I've mentioned this before.... Create yourself a "project folder" (preferrably on an external harddrive) called "Webeasy projects" or something like that, create subfolders in that folder for EACH of your projects, name the subfolder after the project, in the individual subfolders save any and all job-specific graphics and the WE .alb files. If you keep all your graphics in the same place as your .ALB file for the project you will never have any problems.

If you use a lot of the same graphics over and over on different projects, simply create a GRAPHICS subfolder in your main projects folder, keep the common graphics there.

I highly suggest doing this on an external drive, that way if you have to reinstall the software for any reason, all of your project files are safely stored elsewhere.

I was thinking about that, but it's work, work, and more work !

WE forces you to be organized. You can point to a picture on my webpage and I'll tell you what folder it is in.
