Linking too separate documents!!

Hello
can anyone explain( idoits guide) how to link two separate documents, ie i have my main web page set up in DHTML, AND my second document is Built in HTML WITH CSS
I am trying to link to my comments page, my web Page is
http://www.side-villa.co.uk

Page five is where i have set up my link button to the comments page, or can anyone see what i have done wrong

I think you reposted this question, but just in case I misread the other, all you have ot do is insert the url where you want the 'link' to be. You need to make sure that you have the correct url, otherwise, it will not work.
