I use directnic.com a lot of the time. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Customer Service isn't the greatest all the time but I really haven't had much need to call them. So I gueess that's a plus in itself?
They have a few different types of plans from free hosting to about $16 /month. It all depends on what you want.

Use Hostgator (http://secure.hostgator.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi?id=sphinx1994), they offer monthly payments, and they are very good. Or I can host your site free for you, if you give me the money for the domain you want.
Hostgator can be found here (http://secure.hostgator.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi?id=sphinx1994).

You don't have to host with the company you register with.
ALL of my domains are purchased and registered @ NameCheap.com for under $10/year but they are ALL hosted on my IX WebHosting account. You can have unlimited domains and domain aliases under the one dedicated IP you get with the expert plan, all for $60/year.

You've already outted yourself as a 14yr old kid (which by the way explains ALOT) so why would someone want to pay you to host their website, pretty sure most people are not going to pay a kid to host their site. Besides why would anyone trust you to do that when you constantly ask questions about everything under the sun regarding your own site.

If you are looking to host a site for business or one that you care about:
1. Do not use any Free Web hosting.
2. Do not host with a hosting company that shares your IP address.
I am in the process of putting up a web hosting information site and have been doing a lot of research on it. I don't like to bash or talk bad about anyone etc but I will pass on this info about GoDaddy and Hostgator since they have come up the most.
GoDaddy was ok when they first started out. They have grown so much and now their support stinks, they are looking to save money and put a whole bunch of sites on the same IP, traffic to and from their hosting site is very slow etc I have read a lot of complaints about them.
The same goes for hostgator. Many unhappy customers.
Please take the above as just what I have read in many forums.
Hope this helps,
Zeek

Whats the actual disadvantage to a shared IP? I mean assuming its not shared with a bazillion sites? Reason I ask is I have one dedicated IP with my account at IX Webhosting, but all of the sites I build and host for my customers are shared on my one IP as aliases. Granted I only have a few cusomters and my little business is more a hobby than a business but whats really the downside?

There are a bunch of reasons, but I'll just touch on a few.
It is not uncommon to have 8 different accounts using one IP addrs. Gator is well known for this. This alone can impact you in many different ways. For example, bandwidth. If 2 or 3 of the 8 are busy sites, they will consume the majority of the bandwidth which results in your site being very very slow to load, if at all. You lose sales & customers.
If one or more of those sites get banned or closed down for spamming or other bad stuff, guess what? That could impact you too. Google and other companies only know IP addresses, not names of sites. Your Ip is the same as the bad guys. If he violates Google's TOS, you get penalized too. It happens all the time. That is why you should do a little research when if you purchase a Domain name. Find out what the IP was, and see if it got into trouble.
What is the most important thing a site can do to get ranked high? Yep, get back links. What happens if the other guy messed up and has a lot of backlinks to some bad neighbor sites? They get attached to your site.
See where I'm going with this?
Hope this helps.
