I can't seem to reply to a post and include a url. Is this a policy or something?

Go to User CP (on Menu Bar) and there should be a place for your Signature, put your URL in there for easy SEO Link Building

You can not include CODE in any message. If you want to include a url simply list the entire address out and it will be automatically converted to a clickable link when its posted.
