aol issue

I published some updates last night and it went through fine.

When i enter the site into aol it brings up the old version but when i enter the site without the www in the address i get the new updated site.

any ideas

i cleared the toolbar history and cookies

this is not happeneing on Internet explorer

Q. I am still getting old pages and I am certain that the site has been updated, how do I clear my BROWSER CACHE?

A. Even though AOL's Proxy cache is updated every 24 hours, a member can clear their Browser Cache and force the reload of a page. This is done by either reducing the browser History to "0" and manually clearing all pages in history by deleting the files in the temporaty internet files tolder located in the Windows Directory or PC users can force a refresh by holding down the CONTROL key on their keyboard and mouse clicking on the AOL browser reload icon. The latter will completely clear all items in history.

I actually wonder that all the time, why would you use it? Back in the day, AOL had a niche, now what would it be??????

yes it is fixed

i usually use internet explorer but for email i have aol always had it never changed

but when i publish my site i check the usuall sites to make sure it is updated and aol was the only one with issues

Why would you use AOL for email? You own your own domain and website, why wouldn't you use email @yourdomain.com?? Using a email address on your domain adds a bit of validity to any business, it always seems unprofessional to me when I see a business with a website using gmail, yahoo or aol addresses for their email.

Email should be included as part of your webhosting package.

Most packages allow for anywhere from a few hundred to thousands of email addresses on yourdomain.

You should have options like... email forwarding/aliases, pop3 or webmail.

go daddy offeres a few hunderd but yahoo who knows since i can't get any info from them hence why i am switching
