TROUBLE SENDING photo e-mail since 5-25-08

Can anyone please tell me if they are also having trouble sending from their Send Photos Gold program. I have been getting an error reading since 5-28-08. Essentially, can't connect to the server.

Error reading is as follows:

I have tried to go through Customer Service, was redirected to Technical Support. After an hour wait - got disconnected. I have sent several e-mail and have yet to be receive any reply.... Anybody know what is going on or how this problem could be speedily resolved?

hi, i've not been able to access the send photos server since 5/23. i also emailed and got no reply. i finally got thru on my 2nd call today, after waiting 43min; yesterday my call got dropped after waiting 30+ minutes!

anyway, their server is down and they do not know what the problem is or how long it'll take to fix it. they advised me to keep trying to access the server.

I am SO glad I signed up for this forum! I, too, have not been able to send pics via email! It's been driving me crazy! I thought it was my firewall, but it wasn't. I have been checking my email settings, send photos settings, and couldn't find anything wrong! I managed to upload photos to my locker online, but that's it! Today is the 30th and it's STILL not working! I sure hope they fix the problem soon!
If anyone finds out anything more about it, could you let me know? I am living and working in Saudi Arabia, so holding on the phone for almost an hour is NOT an option for me!
