Need Help Changing Tab Names

Good Afternoon All,
I am struggling to figure out how to change the text on a tab. Eg. I would like to change the "Our Products" tab to read "Services."

I am very new to this program but it seems that making the change would be pretty basic. What am I missing?

If you are talking about one of the button clipart supplied with the program, sorry, no can do. They are all 1 object. You will need a blank button and lay some text on top.
