I guess I missed something.

Anyway it's a beautiful day here in sunny California, birds are chirping.... it seems that with the economy in the toilet, gas prices so you can't go anywhere and everything else crashing around us that everyone is on edge.

Everyone just take a moment to reflect on something good.

here's mine;
I have really enjoyed this forum. Learned a lot, not just about WE but Internet stuff, in a friendly, easy to understand manner. I've gotten a few laughs as a bonus.

It's trying to get warm here in Chicagoland..was a funky winter. The economy, price of gas... all poopy poop.

I haven't experienced the current issues some have and glad of it. I have used this program since ver 3? on the various operating systems that came along. I have watched it go through growing pains, bugs and quirks and some "what were they thinking" issues. As long as the new company has some top notch, imaginative "grammers that get after it, these issues will become fewer.

I have 3 other similar programs, not including the now defunct Frontpage. I use them from time to time looking for ideas and ways of doing things.
They all have bugs somewhere or just plain stupid ways of doing things so it's not just WE. For me WE was the smoothest way at the time to get going in web site creation. It still is so I will stick it out a while longer.

A friend of mine says "You can't be a victim if you volunteer."

I agree, Patti. And things will be peaceful here, one way or the other. I think I'm gonna hit the beach after work.

That 'welcome' thread will be unstickied and drop into obscurity once I have a chance to write up a more formal forum rules and welcome. That got promoted to being done this weekend.

David I like that you can't be a victim if you volunteer. That's my daughter.

Jim you have to understand that people got really frustrated (myself included) at having an issue with the program and you sent off a tech support request and nothing. and you were sitting there all alone in your office, stuck and couldn't get any answers. so give them some time to vent. Just let it roll off your back. It will get better in time.
