I have 2 images that are the same on the corners of my home page that are jpg format. I can replace with the same image from my files and shows up correct and shows up correct first time after previewing in browser then when I go back to the program they have a green hue to them and that is how they dispay after that until replaced again then starts all over again. Also how do you change the color of the navigation text and the color after they have been selected. Thanks.:confused:

the only thing I might suggest is checking to see if you are making them transparent? you can also try seeing if it makes a difference if you put a pan under them or a different colored box under them.

Is this actual image bumping into the black lines you put on there ? like wbdesigner said, make the image a gif with transparent around the green. Make sure the image is not under or over the edge of something else close to it.
You change navigation link colors in the Build a Website dialog - it should give you 3 options for Active, Standard and Visited links. Unless you are using CSS, then you use Tools > Styles > Add Links > Edit
