I don't get it, did what?? If by "floating" background you mean it looks like its floating on top of water because of the blue bottom, I guess I get it. But you realize all you did was use a background that wasn't large enough to fill your page, so its tiling and the blue at the bottom is just the top of the same background file starting over.
