in order to to have the Outer Background Blue, and inner White.
You need to open 'File Browser' and got to Textures, choose plain White.gif and drag that on to the page. Then page will be White, outer Blue

You need to include a "background" statement in the HEAD ELEMENTS section of your document using the inspector. This will change the background OUTSIDE of your page area. I can't type the commands here cause the forum won't allow the code, but if you go to my page (http://www.djrwebdesign.com) and click on VIEW SOURCE from your browser menus you will see the background statement in the head section, in my case I'm using a graphic file for a textured background but you can use simple color statements too.
If you do a search online Im sure you can find an html tips page that explains the use of the background code statement.

Heres a couple quick results I found...

I am bringing this back up because I was fussing with backgrounds last night.
In the inspector or via the menu you can choose a texture, gradient or a color background.
However, the color overrides the other choices. This seems to be at odds with itself.
Is this a BUG and the reason for the script addition to the head elements?

Ahhh, never mind. I am confusing page color with background. Still seems like opposing forces. Guess we need the texture choice box for page color.
