View Full Version : How many pages can my website have?

Hello to everyone, I am building a website and before I get to far I was wondering if I could build say a 300-500 page site using Webeasy 7? I would like this to be a content site with a few ecommerce pages. Thanks in advance.

I started adding a bunch of pages to my site, and when I went to 'Build and Publish', I got a warning message about adding several pages. But, I don't see why you couldn't make a ton of pages. 'Content' ! That's what it's all about, make it 'Content Rich', and you will score big time. And, if you do get problems, I'm sure u can get creative, and get the job done.

Dig thru the forum, there was some conversations about this in the past, I think there is some limitations and problems that came about from having to many pages. So I would suggest making several smallers documents and linking them all together.

Hey David thank you for the tip. By doing this, this allows me to add as many pages as I want I am assuming...I'm cconfused far as how would you go about doing this? Please assist.

There's no exact information that I've been able to find on the maximum number of pages you can use, but I can tell you that you're in for some EXTREMELY slow upload times for your website, as well as any time you open the project in Web Easy, unless you break the project up into pieces of a more manageable size.

***DISCLAIMER: This is a general issue with web pages, NOT a liimitation of Web Easy. You'd run into this with any other web design program.

I just have to ask. What legitimate web site application requires 500 pages?

Hey Dave thanks for the reply. I am building a content site and at some point I can see it reaching that amount.
