View Full Version : Problen with navigation buttons
I have a list of page titles across the top of my page that can be clicked on to visit other pages on my site. I have tried setting up the navigation but when I preview it I can't go from one page to other. Any suggestions?

the Links are ok, maybe dbl check. I have noticed that stuff in Preview will 'punk out', and not display. Check your Links, 'build the page', then try Preview

Make sure you have checked ALL PAGES when you preview and not just CURRENT PAGE. Also, try clearing the temporary folder where WE stores the preview files.
Where do I find the temp. folder? Also How do I setup my package name?

C:\Documents and Settings\David\My Documents\Web Easy\temp\
(obviously thats the location of my temp folder, yours won't say David)
You give your package a name when you export or publish it.
What if I don't wont to publish until it is complete, I would just like to preview it until it is ready. I am replacing an old site and can't afford to lose it if the new one is not ready. I am told by my server that I have to delete the old before I can publish the new one. ;)

You can 'Build but not 'Publish', just un-check the Publish Box

Do yourself a favor and back up the old website before you delete it. You never know...and then you have someplace to restore the site from (or elements of it) if necessary.
