I am building a site and I have published the front page with a 'site under construction' banner. I did this as I am a newbie and I was figuring out the upload with WS_ftp. in preparation for two other sites which are completed. My site is visible on IE but in firefox it does not open at all. I get the page set up by my host provider informing readers that the site has not been propogated yet. Any help on what I have done wrong would be most appreciated.
