I'm having a problem launching the WebEasy 7 pro (as in a post on this board) and have email the tech support 3 times but have not heard anything back from them. Is this normal? In their initial email they say that they answer within 24 hrs, has been many more than that.

About 3 months ago, you could email WE Tech Support, and they would indeed get back to you. Currently, they do not respond to emails, etc..

go to thier home page http://avanquestusa.com/ and find the Customer Service area, I have seen it with phones #'s etc, but have never tried to call them.

Just sat on hold with them for 20+ min...
I hope that Staples will take it back :confused:

I have also sent email to VCOM / Avanquest / BVRP and I do not know for positive so take it as a rumor but I believe it is being sold to another investor.
May be good news.

Anyway I am new to web site design but am in IT for 22 years and if you ned WE to install and work you may need to 1. Uninstall it. 2. Run regedit ( understand what I am saying now ) 3. Remove any VCOM , Avanquest and Web Easy root keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avanquest .
Delete that root and all sub keys ONLY !
Also you need to delete :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VCOM keys.

Do at your own risk but if you do so then reboot and reinstall WE with your serial number. If that does not work then you may have other software causing a issue.

I am only making a suggestion here and I am not saying this is a sure thing but that is what I would try.

I emailed customer service and never got an answer. And I bought Web Easy because the reviews were so good about this area. Wrong!!!

But I like the program...

But if you want help... come to this groups, this is the real deal
