Ok I have this web site and it looks good using one of the templates from WE7.

I am using video "Embed Flash Folder Playlist " on one page and " Embed Windows Audio 9 " on another.

The Embed Flash Folder Playlist works fine and has about 5 videos that can be loaded with a click. The Windows Audio 9 works on IE 7 but not Firefox.

Why is it that I update one page , like change some test on a page. The players is NOT on that updated page so I upload only the one page with Build Web Site and allow WE7 to manage the web site BUT Every time the upload is done for the one page only the players are gone ! from the other pages.

I then need to upload ALL pages to get the players back and then EVERYTHING uploads , not just NEW things added or changed.

This does work but I find the more pages I add the uploads take longer and longer. For 25 pages I am sitting up to one hour now.

Is their some way like STEPS that someone may have to work around this bug ?

Or maybe there is a master CCS that can be tweaked each time a page is sent as an update to fix the disapparing players ?

Or is there some way to tell WE7 to not uploade all the video, pages and graphics every time ?

Upload your video to You Tube..then take the You Tube code that they generate, and put the script on your page. You'll stream your video from You Tube, your page will load faster too..

1) go to File Browser, drag a button.gif on to your page.
2) Click on the button, go to Tool, 'Custom Script', and enter the You Tube code in the Custom Scrpit dialouge box.

First off, you should always upload ALL pages when you make changes, its the only way to ensure everything is okay, you've already found that out :D

Second, if its taking you an hour to upload 25 pages, you need a better internet connection my friend.

I'm assuming you are not uploading all your audio and video files each time, those can stay on your server but your html, javascript and css files need to be reuploaded anytime you make changes to any page.

Can you upload only a single page, yeeeaaahhh, will it work correctly, not always!

I found out that if you place all your video and graphics in a folder that is NOT under : C:\Program Files\Avanquest\Web Easy Professional 7\ in any folder under this path the WE " Let Web Easy automatically manage the Site " works better.

So I put ALL my FLV video and graphics in folders under this path : c:\webeasy\flash_video for video and c:\webeasy\images for images and c:\webeasy\documents for any pdf files on my site and this works most of the time to not copy every video and graphic to my site every time.

The videos play and look good. I also am using png for all my pictures.

I am plaining on using WYSIWYG Web Builder very soon because that program sounds like it works far better with video and adding text to a page on the fly from a folder. That way I can have someone use FTP to update there text and will not need to change the text on a page and upload that page every time.

You could do that now with WE. If someone changes the text file manually it would have no bearing on your web files so long as the referenced text file is of the same name.
