ExpertPDF Pro 5 - Installation

I downloaded this program, but when I ask it to "Run" I get the following error:

"eXPertPDFPro.exe is not a valid Win32 application"

Listen here people,

I sent emails, I posted in the forum and I tried calling. I am getting no response.

If I do not get a response by Friday, April 4, 2008, a review is being posted in my Consumer Activist Review Blog, the Hall of Shame section of my site, and emails will be going out to various governmental and consumer agencies.

I will also be emailing my lists.

I cannot get this software installed.

I've tried the site download version and the back-up disk I ordered. No luck.
