I am using the Motorola Phone Tools (unsure which version, can't determine), specifically the Multimedia Studio to transfer an MP3 file to my Motorola Razr V3a from Alltel.
I successfully transfer the MP3 file to the phone using the File Transfer Studio. I can even play the MP3 on the phone from within the Multimedia Studio software. However, if I navigate to the MP3 file on the phone itself, the MP3 file doesn't play. The player starts and immediately stops without emitting any sound. The existing MP3 files that came with the phone play without a problem.
How do I get transferred MP3 files to play on the phone?
