Embedding html code into your web page?

Exactly what does this mean and how do you do it? I am a newbie as you can see from other posts. Many answers I figure out as I go but this one I can't.....any wise instructions from the savvy?

I would just use a placeholder, like a box or image, then insert the code into the custom script assistant. The image, or box will disappear when previewed and your flash animation should show up.
