How do you use an HTML editor to open the webpage?

I'm trying to add my own butttons for paypal "add to cart" and "check out".
Anyone know how to do this. I started by creating an image in photoshop
to be used as my buy and shopping cart buttons. Pay pal says to to add your url and html for the image ( https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_cart-factory&login_access=1200733297) So I puplished my site and went to properties on the button images. I think I've got the url/html

BUT, after I fill the form out on paypay they created a some codes. they direct you to :

Use an HTML editor to open up the webpage where you'd like the payment button to appear. Paste the button code you just copied into the appropriate line. Now preview your webpage; you should see the payment button next to the item you want to sell.

eeek, trying not to get frustrated!

Just place your photoshop designed button into your site like any other picture. Click on it once to highlight it. Click on "custom script assistant" for the TOOLS menu and paste in your code. Then preview.
