Hello everybody,
I got version 3.3 of "mobile phonetools" on a cd with my new telephone (a philips Xenium 9@9h). I'm trying to use it to connect my telephone (using usb) with windows XP (sp 2).
When installing it installs the "PHILIPS Phones" modem and drivers for the correct phone.
When starting mobile phonetools it succeeds in connection to my phone and fetching my sms and network name, but when I try anything else (get phonebook records, transfer multimedia, synchronize,...) it always loses connection with my phone and the action failes. I have been able to transfer multimedia to my phone once, on the 10th attempt.
Do you have any idea what could cause this problem?
