Seems to be no help here for importing sites in to we6..Think it can have to do with the tech support AT 24.99 FOR THE 1ST 10 MINS AND THAN 2.95 A MIN THERE AFTER If your going to sell a program you should stand behind it. This should be a easy "Hess webeasy" thing to do since the sites were bulit with WE6 and trying to import them into WE6...

I'm not sure what you're trying to do. Do you want to import a site from somewhere else, or do you want to upload your entire site to an ftp server?

Ok a web designer went under and sent There Clients to me. They have all the sites hosted at network solutions. I want to Import the sites and save Them on my system, in my webeasy6 just the way they are. so I can edit them as needed the sites Were built with WE6. I create a folder in WE6 doc.html Dir and than download then to the spec folder. after download is complete the folder on my system is empty.. The download seems to go ok until it hits the last 10 to 20 files such as the java sript ones and the htm ones ..but it will do the index.html file.

Ok, try this:
Click on "Home", then click on "Design".
Choose "Blank" from the top menu.
A dialog box pops up and in the lower left corner, choose "import".
Then, click on the page you want to import. If you want the entire
site, then select the index page, or the name of the site. What you want is the primary page. This will open the entire site. You can then save it as a new WE document.
If the files are parked in an ftp site, then copy them over to your computer-preferably to my documents. To copy the ftp files, just go to the remote folder (usually the entire right side) click on the folder you want, then hit the arrow key that sends it to your computer (usually the entire left pane).
