When I Try To Go To My Locker It Said Ota Delivery: Direct Link Forbidden. I Have Set Up An Online Account And Have A User Name And Password, But I Can Not Sign In To Use The Internet Options For Transferring Ringtones. Any Advice.

Who is your service provider? it sounds like your service provider does not support the my locker feature.

i have internet and cell phone service through att. i have used the feature on the computer and my phone. this is something that has worked in the past and is now not working

So where are you seeing the error message, on the phone or in the program?

Have you been able to download other files on the phone recently?
