computer crashes when storing fax #'s

I installed version 4.3 and when ever I try to store a fax # I get a message that the program has encountered a problem and needs to close. And of course all previous info is lost.

Any thoughts??

What is the name of the modem installed in the computer?

What OS are you on?

was the program included with the modem?
