Unable to Send to Phone anymore

I recently purchased and installed RMS and everything was working fine. I was able to send ringtones and pics through "My Locker" to my Verizon phone. However, yesterday when I try to send items, it indicates that they are sent, they are in "My Locker" but are never received by my phone.

What I don't understand is that everything was working, nothing changed and now I can't get the ringtones to my phone. Any suggestions?

With Verizon you will only be able to transfer through there network.

I am having the same problem. Sent ringtones the first day and now I can not get anything.:confused: Is there anywhere to get more specific instructions (ie>step by step). I know someone has worked all this out someplace.:roll:
