I have two copies of Send Photos 5 purchased as a package on 06/10/07. I have reformatted both computers where these copies reside. Now NEITHER copy of Send Photos that was reinstalled will accept their respective serial numbers.......making my copies worthless. I have emailed tech support twice in the past week with NO response. SO NOW WHAT????????????
