Serial # already used!!??

I purchased the Ringtone media Studio 1.04 about 2 years ago and haven't used it in a long time. I have changed my pc several times since then and decided to install it on my most rescent machine.

I installed the software with no problem, but when I try to use it I get a pop up stating... "it appears that the serial # you selected when installing was already used. Therefore this software cannot run with this serial #"

What in the world do I do? I have this software I paid for and I can't even use it. Somebody please help.

Please go to www.avanquestforums.com (http://www.avanquestforums.com) select email and send en email to are support with your serial number and message error.

The serial number will then be reset or replaced.
