Dear support,

Can you tell me why the "transparency" effect doesn't work in WE 7 when previewed, or uploaded? I've tried it from other computers and browsers. i'm talking about under page effects, like a transition. The transparency in and out is what's not working.

The page transition effects are only supported in Internet Explorer these days and only to a limited extent at this time. Most other browsers dropped page transition support a while ago so we don't typically recommend using page transitions in WebEasy, simply due to the lack of support by most major browsers such as Firefox.
