These are the details steps that I took:

File Open - Existing Web Site

My Web Site is called: JakesWorld

Build: Web HTML

DHTML Publish to internet - click: run now - click OK

Package Name: jakesworld

Index: HTML - Click OK

Host Name: cannot find host

Can anyone help me? First time I have tried to uplaod a website.

You may try contacting your website host to check on the correct host name. Make sure you ask them for the FTP upload information. If possible, have them walk you through uploading using another host to make sure you are connecting properly.
