open link in new window

I have 1 page in a 20 page site that is a different size so I have put it in a folder on the server seperate from everything else. When I link to this page it wont open in a new window but I have ticked the relevant boxes, not only that it opens full screen but the page I created is only 500 pixels wide, anyone help its doin my head. Using Web Easy 7 its a great bit of kit lots of improvements from Web Easy 6.

You sure its not your browser settings?
i.e. tools /options/ tabs -open links in same window or a new tab

You can make the entire site longer by increasing the size, which should not effect the other pages as browsers will remove this additional space. The only issue you would see is if you are running a frames site which would create a frame the length of your longest page.
