just make the other page an individual website, put it in a folder with a name , call it 'link' or whatever & then adjust the links to & from it to your main website,
the link address would be e.g www.myweb.com/link

Forgive me for hijacking this post but I have a question regarding this method.
This is my first attempt at making a website and it is a little overwhelming, so please forgive me if I ask what sounds like a stupid question, I am a newbie and what may seem obvious to you is not to me, without a little explanation.
OK, so you create this other page as an individual website. Since we are using WebEasy and it saves it's documents with an .ALB extension, I assume you are saying that you need to then "build" this .ALB file that you created into an .HTML file, right??? If you do this, you now will have two index.html files, will you not. and my understanding is that you can only have one with your website.
I am confused at the part where you say you create a link in your existing document (.ALB) to this newly created .HTML. You say "the link address would be e.g www.myweb.com/link" Now since the website itself has yet to be completed as a whole, this link really does not exist yet, right? So when you go to do a "preview" of your document in a browser, you will not see this link, right?
If I am correct, then how do you see if what you are doing is workable if you can't view it in a preview? If I am wrong, please help me to understand. Thank you very much for your patience with this newbie.

The important thing is that the seperate page is in a folder so that the index.html cannot clash with the primary website, you could create 20 named folders- each with their own index.html & there would me no conflicts. Webeasy will automatically warn of index.html conflict when you are select' build website'
but this should be ignored if you are going to upload to a folder.
If using the publish assistant - when you reach ' view the current settings for transfer' click the yellow symbol -then 'choose remote folder' will appear -click the yellow/red symbol -' create new folder '-give your webpage a name here - i.e. link or test & then upload. To view it type in your web address & end it with /link
EASY EDDIE, sounds like you didn't put it in a folder if it didn't open the page from your link,
preview cannot display both sites at the same time, if you upload 'test' first then
your main website preview will work & display it properly before you upload it

Do this in webeasy:
Create a folder for your website - example:
buddywebworks
Within that folder create a folder for each page of your site - example:
buddywebworks
- bwwhome
- bwwlinks
- bwwtos
Do a 'save as' when you have the home page as you want it to each of the folders. Make each .alb and an index.html when you upload.
Each page is sizable in it's own folder.
Each page is uploaded as an index.html
SEE?
You will need to upload each page seperately - also, you edit each page sepeerately. As you change the home page be sure to change every other page if it is a universal change. i.e. - if the info should be the same on every page.
You will also need to have these folders at your hosting company - make a seperate folder for each page in the public_html folder. This is how you will link to those pages also.
Linking Examples
http://www.buddywebworks.com
(this is the home page and is in www folder)
http://www.buddywebworks.com/tos0/index.html
(this is where all the tos pages are located - in a sub folder)
http://www.buddywebworks.com/links0/index.html
(this is where all the links pages are located - in a sub folder)
The above site might not be the best example and I hope you get it.
