using media in WebEasy Professional

Trying to use an AVI media file. I can manage to get a picture of what seems to be the Windows Media Player (see attachment) but cannot get it to play. It will play from the Browser file but not from the page. Am I doing something wrong?

If it is a large file it may still be loading actually. In a local preview you would not notice the delay but on the internet the file may take a while to download. You can try using a smaller video to test this.
