Does anyone know how to set up default language with Web Easy Professional 7?

The default language is English for WebEasy. You can change the character set in the inspector window > document properties > page settings but this is not a default, just the ability to change the character set for that document. I know that is not quite what you may have been looking for but hopefully it is of some assistance.
