I have an urgent problem can be solved by myself, since I have very few knowledge on html. All the text contents (in chinese simplified, GB2312) are in a great mess. Nothing I can read but some wrong codes. The encoding did not go to Chinese Simplified (GB2312), but to West European.
I searched on the line, and did find a lot of methods to solve this problem. I just do not know where I should insert the extra program to the code sourse, they suggested.
