I'm thinking of creating a site that is kinda like CNET and rates other sites through user interaction. So someone can come to the site and rate the other "said" websites on how good they were for the service they provided.

I've dabbled in creating websites but was more on the design side and not the creator side. So when it comes to coding and what not, I fall well short of being able to build a site on my own.

This product looked pretty decent and I was thinking of giving it a shot.

Could this site I'm explaining be done with this product? And how easy would it be if it could be done. Most of the stuff I'm seeing so far is fairly straight foward. So it seems quite nice.

The main thing I was trying to figure out would be how the user interacts and how would you set up something for them to type and post stuff and have a interacting "rater". Ex: pick 1 for best through 5 for the worst, and have it keep up a tally for the site's history of people posting about it.

For that type of interactive site you would need some type of database backend. This would allow users to enter information plus store it to generate charts or however you would display the info. You can ask your host if they have something similar to this since it requires a server-side function to support this database.
