Have tried to let Mobile Phone Tools self install, but won't. Have followed instructions to create manual connection. Get picture of phone Candid (Alltel Prepaid) and no connection. Help!

What version of mobile phonetools are you installing?

The version is 3.7.17. I just updated it on the web.

I believe you have an OEM version of Mobile PhoneTools. For support with your version you will need to contact your hardware manufacturer.
