file transfer

i just signed up. i got an account with my locker and i have a vzwpix account since im with verizon, and when i registered with my locker i never got the SMS. so i have no idea what to do now to transfer the ringtone, any help appreciative. i have the lg vx9900

Are you able to open the My Locker portion of RMS? Verizon customers should have no trouble uploading to My Locker and sending SMS to their phone from My Locker. Make sure the information for your account is correct by going to Options > Modify my online account.
