System Error Message when downloading to phone

When I download a ring tone I get a system error on my phone. It never did that before?
The only thing I can see is that the bitrate is now different on the ringtones I make?

Make sure you on the latest version 2.10.

To check the version go to help\about ringtone media studio and to update the software go to options\update.

What phone is the program set to and who is the mobile phone provider?
